We are a family owned/operated business & we live on the premises. The kennel is ran & managed by Steve & Deby West along with their oldest son, Lee. Our business was born from the love we have for animals. We have had animals all our lives & for 20 years have raised dogs. Between us ,we have over 30 years of Pet Experience! As we have traveled ourselves, we understand how important it is to have the peace of mind knowing that your pets (a part of your family) are properly cared for while you are away in a safe & clean environment & given extraordinary care. *** uPAWn request, your pet can come home smelling & feeling Wonderful! Just ask about an "Exit Bath" that can be ordered as close to the end of their stay as possible! A great way to end their vacation!
Recap, just a "FEW" of the differences thats sets us apart & above some other kennels:
1) We do NOT charge extra for medicine dispensing for your pet!
2) We do NOT ask you to call ahead & "schedule" a tour. Just come by anytime during our drop off /pick up hours & you will be our guest. Think about that, why would it be necessary to "schedule" a tour if they are open?????
3) We DO accept credit cards for your convenience!
4) We do NOT charge you a 2 day minimum if you only need us 1 day. Many kennels will charge you this during Holidays or even Summer months. Nope, not us if you only need us for 1 night, you only pay for 1 night!
5) ALL our guests get the same size room so you won't EVER have to feel guilty when asked if you want to save a few bucks & sacrifice your pets comfort by not giving them extra ammenities like more room, fans music etc. When you stay with us, your pet deserves the BEST & gets it!
